The Berlin Festival of Lights 2025 returns this autumn with a breathtaking program of light art, 3D projections, and illuminated landmarks. From 8 to 15 October 2025, Berlin will once again transform into a glowing open-air gallery, attracting visitors from all over the world.
When is the Berlin Festival of Lights 2025?
The event takes place from Wednesday, 8 October to Wednesday, 15 October 2025, every evening between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. This is one of Berlin’s most popular annual events, drawing thousands of photographers, families, and tourists each night.
Theme for 2025: “Let’s Shine Together”
In its 21st edition, the festival embraces the motto “Let’s Shine Together.” The theme highlights unity, togetherness, and community spirit. Through light projections and creative installations, Berlin’s history, culture, and diversity will shine in completely new ways.
