1. Pricing & Capacity
• Check other Rickshaw / Rikscha the Price Structure: Always verify whether the listed price is per person or per Rickshaw Vehicle.
◦ OUR Public/Shared Tours are typically priced per person.
◦ OUR Private Tours (e.g., Rickshaw or Minivan) are often priced per group or per vehicle (e.g., up to 2 guests per Rickshaw or up to 6 guests per Minivan).
2. Direct Support & Official Bookings
• Direct Support: We provide direct customer support only for tours operated by us that are booked directly through our official websites:
• Partner Bookings: We accept no responsibility and cannot provide support for tours booked via Viator or other external partners (both within and outside Berlin). For these bookings, please contact the partner directly.

3. Language Availability
• Guide Languages: Before booking, please always check if a guide is available who speaks your preferred language. Our Berlin-Excursions guides offer tours in English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Turkish, but availability must be confirmed.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Free Cancellation: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience’s start time.
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• Changes: Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
• Time Zone: All cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time (Berlin time).
5. Weather Policy
• Good Weather Requirement: This experience requires good weather. If the tour is canceled due to poor weather conditions, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
